Supercharge Your Body & Mind with the Right Foods and the Right Supplements!

Far too many people come to these websites for social, cultural, and political articles... often ignoring issues of health and nutrition. It's about time we change that. There's no "power or discipline" stored in a poisoned, weak body and mind. There are easy changes one can make to empower themselves by just changing their attitude towards food... more specifically... by looking at it (food) as a source of fuel. And it starts with eating and supplementing (if necessary) with the right foods and vitamins! Let's go over some them:

SEAFOOD PLATTER

WILD SEAFOOD HIGH IN OMEGA-3

Much of this list is composed of wild seafood, with selections high in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. EPA and DHA — are primarily found in certain fish. Omega-3’s improve brain function, heart function, and combat problems with memory loss, asthma, anxiety, and depression, among others. Why do we prefer eating wild fish? Well, for one levels of critical omega-3 fats are sometimes as high as 50 percent less in farmed fish, compared to wild fish, due to increasing amounts of grain, corn and soy feeds given to fatten up farmed raised fish. Furthermore the close quarters where farmed fish are raised, along with their unnatural diets, means diseases and pathogens are more likely to spread and contaminate at a much faster pace. So eat plenty of seafood, but eat it from wild sources, and eat higher on the Omega-3 chart provided below!

1,500 milligrams per 3oz serving
Wild Alaskan Salmon
Wild Herring

1,000-1,500 milligrams per 3oz serving
Wild Mackerel
Wild Tuna

500-1,000 milligrams per 3oz serving
Swordfish
Oysters
Trout
Tuna
Mussels

200-500 milligrams per 3oz serving
King/Snow Crab
Lobster Tail
Clams
Pollock
Snapper
Grouper
Flounder
Halibut
Ocean Perch
Dover/Lemon Sole
Squid (Calamari)

Less than -200 milligrams per 3oz serving
Scallops
Shrimp
Lobster
Blue Crab
Cod
Haddock
Tilapia
Catfish
Mahi-mahi
Yellowfin Tuna

grass-fed-beef

GRASS-FED BEEF, BUTTER, CHEESE, & MILK

Grass-fed beef, butter, cheese, and milk have a much healthier omega 6 to omega 3 ratio. Cows grazing on a pasture, produce fat that has a very balanced omega 3 to 6 ratio. The average Kwan (American) diet contains about 25 times more omega 6 fatty acids than omega 3. Have you taken a good look at the average FAT FUCK in this country lately? Grass-fed products also contain more nutrients than anything grain-fed. Grass-fed products are much deeper and richer in color. The deeper and brighter the color, the more nutrients it has.

CLA (or Conjugated linoleic acid) is loaded in grass-fed products. CLA protects the body against many different types of cancer, while reducing body fat and building more muscle. Eating butter does not make you fat. Any asshole promoting that shit has not the slightest idea of what they’re talking about! Lastly, the flavor of grass-fed products (especially butter) is unbelievably good. If you want your food to look great and taste even better, use grass-fed butter!

UNCURED MEATS (COLD-CUTS)

If you’re fan of Turkey, Bacon, Ham, Salami… make sure you buy the uncured variety that does not contain sodium nitrate!!!

HEALTHY EGGS

PASTURE RAISED, FREE-RANGE, CAGE-FREE EGGS & CHICKEN

Chicken is ok, the fatty darker parts of the chicken is much more beneficial, and better tasting for that matter. So if you’re a chicken eater, stick with drum sticks and thighs. Eggs on the other hand… are a nutritional POWERHOUSE! The Egg might be the most nutritious food on planet earth! I love eggs and I eat about 3-4 of them every single day, scrambled, hard boiled, you name it. But not all Eggs are created the same…. depending on what the hens ate and how they were raised, the nutritional value of the eggs differ greatly. Conventional Eggs, your standard white eggs are raised in an overcrowded filthy disgusting hen house or in an even more brutal fashion… stuck in a cage, as they never see the light of day! Furthermore they’re fed GMO corn and other grains, pumped with synthetic vitamins and minerals. A lot of them, because of their horrible living environments and diets, are treated with antibiotics and hormones. Don’t buy that shit, it’s not healthy to eat, and we shouldn’t support that type of animal cruelty!

Pastured, Free-Range, Cage-Free Eggs are the best! They’re not treated with antibiotics or hormones and they feed organically. They have access to the outdoors where the chickens are allowed to roam free, eating plants, grass, worms and insects (what they were designed to eat). A lot of these eggs are also Omega-3 enriched, as their feed is supplemented with an Omega-3 source like flax seeds. These eggs have much less arachidonic acid, an inflammatory Omega-6 fatty acid that most people eat too much of. They also have about 5 times as much Omega-3 as the conventional egg. Not to mention every other nutritional value that doesn’t come close. Stick with the Pastured, Free-Range, Cage-Free Egg.

  2. Excellent advice Rich. I was reading somewhere recently about a family that got blood tested before they went on organic food only. Their bloods were full of the chemicals we all know about. After only a month or two on that diet their blood was clear of that crap. In fact their children’s blood cleared faster of the poisons than the parents. Reigning this 😉

  5. Regarding butter I’ve been to the states and mainland Europe and nothing comes close to pure Irish butter. It’s rich golden colour and unbelievable taste mmmmm. All I saw were weak looking white or off white coloured butters abroad, tasted shit to me.

    • I am addicted to Kerry Gold “Pure Irish” butter… My wife calls it my crack addiction!!! Probably because I buy 3 pounds at a time! That little tube just doesn’t do it for me. Lol. I would be lost without the stuff!!!

  6. Excellent info Rich!
As I’ve gotten older I have realized that I need to put as much focus on my physical health as I have done to my mental health.
On one of those TM shows someone (I think it was Keith) recommended the Garden Of Life website, and I’ve been ordering those nutritional products ever since (MUCH better than that corporate GNC garbage one finds at the mall!)
This post has made me realize I need to refine my diet and health regiment even further.
    Thanks again man!

    Great info Rich… Thanks.

This actually summarizes my overall diet, for the most part.

By the way, I just sent you something about 30 minutes ago. I wish I could’ve sent more, but as I mentioned, I’m just getting back on my feet after nearly 3 years of no work.

Anyway, keep up the good work brother. I’m loving this site AND the podcasts.

    • I hear you bro, I just changed jobs as well. My wife isn’t working right now so we are really crunched for money, as I’m working two jobs. This website only costs a few hundred a year to host, but I’ll be going over the bandwidth in probably a year or so and I want to upgrade the show and get some 24 hour streaming on the site as well. Don’t know how much I’ll be spending but I want a top notch site and show!

When I didn’t have a site or show I sent people money all the time. Just to name a few: National Alliance, Metzger, Duke, I even sent money to Frank Weltner and Jew Watch, among others…

What gets me is that people will fund our enemies but not us??? I don’t get it? It’s insulting and rather stupid!

I’m actually getting ready to cut a check out to Andrew over at the Daily Stormer I love what he does.

Why? Because I don’t pay a cable bill, I don’t have any vices, I’m not in debt, and I put my money where my mouth is!

And I’ll tell that to everyone, if there’s a site out there that you think is doing good work, help them out!

  8. This is now officially my favorite site. I’ve been on Keto for 3 years and will never go back. I went from have a beer belly and flab in unwanted places, to just straight jacked, eating line this, and training. Excellent excellent info Rich! I’ll be sending you something soon. I think a streaming radio player would be a great addition. But I’d wait until you have at least 24 hours of new shows unless you put the old TM shows on there as well, which would be great we could stream it whenever.

    • Yeah I was following a strict Paleo program for about 10 years, and within the last year revved it up a notch and started on a Ketogenic program and like you, have gotten great results.

  9. What about coffee Rich? do you drink it, or recommend drinking it? I’ve read a lot of conflicting shit on Coffee. Most people who obsess over being alkaline say to never drink coffee, but also say to avoid a lot of shit that I think is healthy too.

    • Personally I do drink coffee, only one cup in the morning, and I find it works fine for me as I go to the gym right after that about 5:45 am. I need it, and tea just doesn’t do it for me.

  11. What is the right amount of carbs for intense training 4-5 days a week? One sweet potato a week won’t full the body.

    Liked by 1 person

    • What’s you’re definition of intense training?
I train 5 days a week, and I severely restrict my “carbs”, most of my carbs come from salad and vegetables which I eat with every meal. But I’m not a sugar burning cardio bunny. I don’t run. Are you a runner? If that’s the case, then you’re a sugar burner, not a fat burner, and your body is addicted to that (carb) fuel source. If you’re not a runner and you just train anabolic, you DON’T NEED CARBS!

      • I hit 2 muscles at 45 min a piece. Most times until failure with little rest between sets. If I don’t have at least a slice of wheat bread before a workout I’ll feel depleted. After a workout I’ll have a potato or a cup of white rice.

No, I don’t do cardio, but I’d like to start jogging 45 min once a week.

I completed the Stormer paleo challenge, but after almost fainting twice I reintroduced a little carb to my diet.

  12. Also… If you’re a sugar burner on a SAD (standard American diet), you have to constantly resupply your storage of glycogen by consuming massive amounts sugar in the form of carbohydrates. No thank you.

I prefer to run on Ketone stores for energy. I’m a fat burner, not a sugar burner. A Ketogenic diet, like the one above, is designed to put people in a continual state of a Ketosis. Ketosis is a process where your body uses ketone bodies for energy rather than glucose. In short, you’re switching (really forcing) your body to burn fat for energy rather than sugar. In a state of Ketosis our body (our liver) will produce its own glucose through a process called Gluconeogenesis, in which your body converts protein stores into blood glucose for ENERGY.

  13. In short… You either burn fat or sugar.

A SAD (standard Kwan diet) = Sugar burner

    Ketogenic Diet = Fat burner
