  1. Good shit Gabe.

I’d like to hear a breakdown of your Macros.

And maybe specific guideline breakdown of what you eat and what you avoid. This would be helpful to many folks.

Also, another interesting topic might be gym etiquette… And what annoys the fuck out of you at the gym, what people should/shouldn’t do.

    • Rich, great topic idea. Gym etiquette is so important and it seems its getting worse and WORSE at these cookie cutter corporate gyms… I’ll be sure to tackle this!

As far as my personal macros, I am pretty close to keto half of the year during the warm months here in the Northeastern United States to keep bodyfat low. Unless I do a contest prep, this is what i generally follow.

      my typical day on average

      100 grams of carbs – 400 Calories
      300 grams of protein – 1200 Calories
      100 grams of fats – 900 Calories
total calories – approx 2500 calories

I never was a hard gainer, putting on weight for me is easy, including fat. Therefore i keep carbs and calories in check when i want to stay lean. The colder months I can easily get up to around 4,000 calories a day in an attempt to add size with at least half the weight added being muscle. Keep in mind all the calories I mention are come healthy and natural sources of good. Not processed crap!

      300 grams Carbs – 1200 calories
      300 grams Protein -1200 calories
      200 grams Fat – 1800 calories
total calories – approx 4200 calories

    • I’ll also address what my specific food guidelines in another show, definitely a great topic! Thanks Again!
