Updated Music Playlists!

Powerful, Aggressive Music for Our Men

At the request of many, I have brought back the music playlists on the website! Scroll down the right hand side to find them. The Metal Playlist now has 80 tracks and will be added to periodically for our training sessions, as will the country music playlist.

Use that Metal playlist for motivation in the gym. Those songs will boost your testosterone and make you want to pump iron like a fucking animal… and in the process, help give you that powerful frame! Music has power.

In the metal section I’ve added my favorite tracks from Manowar, White Zombie, Metallica, Pantera, Avenged Sevenfold, Rebell Hell, and a few others. I’ll be adding more soon.

The country section is dominated by my man Randy Houser and of course, Johnny Cash. Use that one away from the gym. Use it for day trips and when you’re out on a date with your woman. Enjoy!

  1. Glory and fame. Blood is our name. Souls, full of thunder hearts of steel. Killers of men, or warrior’s friend. Sworn, to avenge our fallen brothers. Sons of the Gods. Today we shall die. Open Valhalla’s Door. Let the battle begin, with swords in the wind. Heil! GODS OF WAAAAAR
Probably the greatest piece of music ever conceived. More vioently you sing it the better

  2. Music effect the soul. Effeminate music will make you emotional…don’t listen to too much of it.
Its great idea to use it as a tool…Heavy Metal will get you amped for the gym, etc.
Even the soul of a people is reflective of the music…Africans are more about he beat while Europeans are more about harmony…
Keep an eye on the type of music your kids listen too…it can show the state of their soul. Don’t let the music turn them into weak beta-males and wild and misbehaving brats. Explain to them how music effects them and who owns the music companies and how we shouldn’t allow ourselves and our moods to be manipulated by it.
I’m trying to get into Classical music…I know, boring…but its growing on me as peaceful background music. I figured I would learn to appreciate high culture.
Folk music is something I would like to start listening to as well. Something that reflects the Euro-soul.
American Folk music was very much against social revolution an weak white men…
