Republican representative and chairman of the House oversight committee Jason Chaffetz was greeted by a chorus of boos and chants of “do your job,” at a town hall in his home state of Utah. During the event, Chaffetz faced questions on everything from his plans to cut Planned Parenthood funding to why he hasn’t looked into Donald Trump’s potential conflicts of interest. According to a report, thousands were denied entry into the town hall despite empty seats due to concerns about crowd control. Those outside continued to protest the congressman by chanting “Chaffetz is a coward” and “your last term.” Reports add that Chaffetz ultimately ended up leaving the event 40 minutes early.
